The baseline your AI SDLC runs on

Code is no longer the bottleneck. Proving it is. KubeRocketCI gives every change, from an agent or an engineer, the same loops, quality gates, and ephemeral environments, whatever tool runs in each phase.

The platform is what every change runs through. The AI layer is the agents, skills, and workflows on top, ours or yours.

AI layer on top, ours or yours. Agents: For every role, from product to operations. Skills: Your conventions, packaged for any agent. Workflows: Multi-step tasks, run end to end.

Plan: spec-driven, your way

Specs live in Git and trace through to the version and environment that runs them. Bring the spec-driven approach your team already uses. Our agents and skills follow one too, from brief to requirements, epics, and stories, each approved before the next.

AI layer on top, ours or yours. Agents: Product and business analysis. Skills: Requirements, user journeys, story tracing. Workflows: Brief → requirements → epics → stories. Platform in this phase: Git, Agent CLI.

Design: decisions before code

Application templates give every new service a known starting point, and ephemeral environments let you try a design as a prototype before you commit to it. An architect agent turns approved stories into an architecture and a feature plan across repositories, then reviews the design against your standards.

AI layer on top, ours or yours. Agents: Architecture and design review. Skills: Architecture standards. Workflows: Plan a feature, technical review. Platform in this phase: Templates, Ephemeral environments, Git.

Build: every push runs the same pipeline

A webhook on every push starts the same predefined pipeline for agents and engineers, and agents read the results through the CLI. Developer agents work with skills for your stack and workflows that take an issue to a pull request.

AI layer on top, ours or yours. Agents: Developers for your stack, DevOps. Skills: Stack standards, pipeline authoring. Workflows: Implement a feature, fix an issue. Platform in this phase: Git, Webhooks, Pipelines, Agent CLI.

Test: prove it in its own environment

Each change can run in an ephemeral environment, and autotests act as quality gates. QA agents write test plans, test cases, and automated tests, and a workflow verifies the change on a live cluster.

AI layer on top, ours or yours. Agents: Manual and automation QA. Skills: Test cases, test automation. Workflows: Verify a change on a test cluster. Platform in this phase: Ephemeral environments, Quality gates, GitOps.

Review: the gate is the trust boundary

Every pull request runs a review pipeline with code quality and security scans, and only changes that pass every check reach a human. A review agent checks the change against your conventions, and merge rights stay with people.

AI layer on top, ours or yours. Agents: Code review. Skills: Review conventions. Workflows: Review a change, write the commit. Platform in this phase: Pipelines, Quality gates, Security scans, RBAC, GitOps.

Deploy: agents propose, the pipeline applies

Deployment Flows promote what passed the gates from one environment to the next through GitOps. Manual or autotest gates guard each promotion, RBAC decides who approves, and every release traces back to its story. Agents propose through the same flow, and workflows draft release notes and upgrade guides.

AI layer on top, ours or yours. Agents: DevOps. Skills: Trace a story to its environment. Workflows: Release notes, upgrade guides. Platform in this phase: Deployment Flows, GitOps, Quality gates, RBAC.

Operate: learnings feed the next plan

Observability covers every pipeline run and environment, and agent telemetry shows token cost per story. A skill explains why an environment is unhealthy or out of sync and who owns the fix. What you learn goes back into Plan.

AI layer on top, ours or yours. Agents: Triage and fix. Skills: Diagnose an environment. Workflows: Reproduce, fix, and verify an issue. Platform in this phase: Observability, GitOps, Agent CLI.

Ours, yours, or both

Use our agents, skills, and workflows, bring the ones your team already has, or build custom ones to deliver other solutions on the platform. The phases and the platform underneath stay the same.

AI layer on top, ours or yours. Agents: Use ours or bring your own. Skills: Package your own conventions. Workflows: Build custom ones for other solutions.
